Tips, Questions, or Special Health Needs: (1.) Rocky Mt. Retreat lodge only: List any food allergies or need for meatless dishes. (We cannot provide strict vegetarian meals). For health reasons, we cannot allow any "scents" (perfumes, herbal, aromatherapy, etc.), alcohol, smoking or pets. We have a cat and stairs. Please discuss these problems with our Director prior to the trip to settle problems. We are not responsible for additional charges incurred due to these conditions, once you've arrived. (2.) See "cancellations" below. (3.) Health Problems: Persons with problems with: high altitude (difficulty with breathing or serious heart conditions), allergy to domestic or wild animals, dust or wildflowers, or need to be close to a city for extreme health conditions, or strict diets, should discuss this with their doctor and the facilitator. It may not be adviseable for them to travel here. The majority of the general public should not have any problems enjoying this spectacular area. (4.) Tips and Supplies: You will be provided with a "tips" list, incl. suggested packing list, maps, weather, etc. (5.) Workshop auto-tours require that the student wear a seat belt.

I(we) agree to save and keep the Company and Person, his agents and servants, free and harmless from any such liability and from any and all costs and expenses (including attorney fees) incurred in connection with the assertion of any claim of such liability. The Company gives notice that it acts only as a contractor and supplier providing means of transportation and/or all related travel services and assumes no responsibility whatsoever for injury, personal illness, loss or damage to person or property in connection with any service resulting directly from: act of God, detention, annoyance, delays, expenses arising from quarantine, strikes, thefts, pilferage, force majeure, failure of any means of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled; civil disturbances, terrorism, government restrictions or regulations, and discrepancies or changes in hotel services in which it has no control. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the making, performance or interpretation thereof, shall be settled by binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association then existing, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction over the subject matter of the controversy.
